Cost of Living

Here you will get the overview of the average expenditure of a student in Germany.

Monthly expenditure for Average value in Euros:

- rent including utilities and common charges: 290,00 € - 500,00€
- food: 200,00€
- study materials: 35,00€
- semester fee: 50,00€
- health insurance: 15,00€
- telephone, internet, fees for radio and television: 35,00€
- Leisure, recreation and going out: 150,00€

The actual costs depend on the particular individual living standard of the students!
On average please plan around 900,00 - 950,00 € per month for living costs.
